Caroline Flack arrested after alleged assault.

The TV host, known for her appearance on X-factor and Love Island, is in custody.

Today the 40-year-old TV presenter, Caroline Flack, has been arrested after she’d been accused of fighting her Tennis player boyfriend, Lewis Burton.

It’s been reported that there had been six police officers outside of her home when she was in the company of Mr. Burton, yesterday morning.

The Police were called to the scene after the dispute was linked to ‘domestic disturbance,’ and the ambulance called to say that he was being ‘treated for injuries.’

A police spokesperson said that ‘Caroline Flack of Islington, was charged on Friday, 13th December with assault by beating’ Mr. Burton.

The couple have been dating for 4 months now.

The police spokesperson continued to say the fact that ‘she will appear on bail at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 23rd December.’

‘This follows an incident at approximately 05:25hrs on Thursday, 12th December after reports of a man assaulted.’

‘He was not seriously injured.’

Ms. Flack has been arrested today, ahead of her debut for Love islands winter special, and was supposed to fly out to South Africa (where it’s being filmed) in a couple of weeks.

The show will be aired on January 8th 2020.

It hasn’t been confirmed that her arrest will affect her appearance on the show.
